Our Story

After leaving the US Military in 1993, On Top Medical, LLC's owner, and now CEO, worked with several hospital systems who each had their own style of managing loss of or need for more staffing.  It was obvious that there was a better way where the hospital didn't have to spend a ton more money than was budgeted for staffing but could also provide enough staff to allow for the  scheduled procedures to be completed.

Through the same looking glass, Todd J Bergeron, CEO/On Top Medical, LLC, a better path was found.  Being fair to your team members, paying a livable wage, allowing enough time off, and caring about your team members goes a long way to keeping people happy, spiritually sound, and emotionally able to handle the stresses of every day life.

So the birth of On Top Medical, LLC was brought on by a simple vision and it is still run in a very simple manner making logistics for all team members much, much more simple.
